small house on cliff in tiburon  Extensive remodel of small cottage hanging to the cliff in Tiburon. The project is in conceptual stages of design and the goal is to keep existing house envelope, but change windows, roof structure and all materials and finishes to create very minimalist, clean and modern look. The emphasis will also be on opening towards water and views and keeping street side relatively enclosed.
